“Toby installed our first Aga over twenty years ago. It was a new 4-oven oil unit. Thereafter he has serviced Agas and boilers for us as we have moved houses around Wiltshire. An old 2-oven oil and then a refurbishment to a 4-oven electrikit conversion have been the latest projects with which he has helped during home renovations.
Always cheerful and upbeat, he has patiently given us a lot of sound advice to assist us with decision-making over the years. He’s extremely knowledgeable, having gathered a vast amount of technical expertise over the many years that he has been an engineer.
During the occasional breakdown or problem, his responses have been prompt and he’s always come out quickly to help and fix things.
Our builders and electricians have called him for installation advice during extensive works and he’s never failed to answer the phone and talk things through with them.
Toby very obviously cares about all of his customers and talks about his vision and standards for customer service with real passion. He cannot stand to let people down or disappoint them and is very driven and motivated to deliver great support. I often wonder if he ever has a day off.
There’s only one engineer for us and it’s Toby. We wholeheartedly recommend him.”

“AGA LOVE
Toby’s a dear. Polite, tidy, kind and easy to have in your house – even the dog likes him. He’s been looking after our Aga for years. Toby loves an Aga. Like a boy with a bike, he knows their little ways, He leaves them in tip-top working order. Job done.
I was a S.E. London girl. Never seen an Aga, let alone used one. Now I couldn’t live without one. I like the fact they are just ‘there’ – warm and waiting. No switches to fiddle. Lift the lid/open the door – you’re cooking.
ME & AN AGA
In 1961 – I was 21 – I married a chap from Clapham. Rather than find a flat ‘in town’ we bought a cottage near Rye, East Sussex. John (in advertising at the time) commuted each day by train to job in London, returning in evening; a mere 172 miles plus drive to/from station. ‘You must be mad!” my father said. Quite possibly. The cottage had a decrepit but fierce gas-cooker (I burnt everything) – but in a family kitchen in Beckley I saw my first Aga. It was love at first sight. Reader, we bought one!
She was pale blue and taught me to cook. Her undying warmth came at the right time; the 1962-63 winter was The Big Freeze. Deep snow lasted for weeks – though john still managed to get up to London most days – farmer’s with tractors to pull you out of ditches, etc.
We’ve moved around since then. John became a clergyman and we had a clutch of children; consequently we have had large vicarages often with a vintage Aga in situ…splendid c1930s parchment-coloured, dusty ‘coke and riddle me’ matrons or an occasional, smarter, sleeker ‘Oil-Fed’ gal. Now well and truly retired, we’ve a mature Green Gas Goddess. What would we (including the dog) do without her? Carry on Toby.
P.S. Bet you! Aga on Moon Soon. Tell them, contact Toby. He’ll whizz up and keep her spaceship-shape. No probs. “
